So if you have the will to succeed and have a minimum of 1 year’s recruitment experience running a driving desk, have strong business development/ sales skills to chase and win new contracts as well as having strong account management skills, then we want to hear from you.
You must be a good communicator, have an eye for the detail and possess a confident / persuasive telephone manner that lends to building long lasting relationships both from a customer and candidate perspective.
