Recruitment Consultant (Driving Desk)

Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking to increase our current team. We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to run and grow an already established Driving Desk.

Salary : Negotiable DOE

Job Description:
* Recruiting, interviewing and establishing working relationships with potential candidates
* Liaising with current candidates and clients to manage the process of fulfilling bookings and placements
* Developing the driving desk further with candidates and clients alike with the help of the Divisional Manager
* Maintaining the database, keeping on top of availability and managing the diary
* Actively contacting candidates via telephone, email, text, social media and face to face
* Meeting with prospective clients, attending networking events and driver related events
* Sharing the on-call weekly with the Divisional Manager
* Running desk payroll

Person Specification:
* Proven Recruitment experience running a driving desk
* Confident dealing with clients and candidates on the phone and face to face
* IT Skills in MS Office, Excel and Outlook (training will be given on the in-house system)
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise work and deliver excellent customer service at all times
* Have a desire to achieve and work to own goals
* Be able to work as part of a team
