My Client is currently recruiting an additional team member (or two), to join their current team due to organic growth and increased temporary worker requirements. Knowledge of, or experience of recruiting within a 360 degree, temporary environment is essential together with a track record of making placements within the Construction recruitment environment.
It is important to be a good "temp recruiter" who has achieved success within this sector. But also you will need to be someone who has the confidence to present at Director level, with the experience and gravitas to "close the deal" with a minimum of 12 months experience working within a targeted Construction Recruitment environment

Basic salary up to £30K depending upon experience, plus excellent commission structure with low threshold.
