To £30,000 + (salary is negotiable, based upon your experience)
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for an opportunity where your ideas matter and you can put your stamp on things? Our client is currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop and expand their client base within the call centre division, joining their already successful team. The role is busy, varied and will provide you with an interesting mix of interviewing, advertising, negotiating, sales, business development, referencing, visiting client premises, client retention and a whole host of other daily responsibilities. No day will be the same.
They have had a successful 2020 despite the economic climate and have growth plans for 2021.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter (6 months+) who has experience within a fast-paced sector.
You will have strong sales skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and candidates ensuring that you continuously provide the highest level of service satisfaction to their customers.
