My client is a major recruitment group with branches throughout the UK. Due to further gains in market share and the recent appointment of a highly ambitious and able Divisional Manager they are looking for a consultant with some experience of the call centre or clerical recruitment market.
Your responsibility will be for generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own desk. As well as benefiting from the support of an experienced team, you will need to use your professional sales skills to develop strong relationships with your client base and candidates. You will enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive, target-driven environment and being well-rewarded for your successes. Specialising in the call centre / clerical recruitment market which include salaries up to £30k. This can either be on a temporaries desk or working along side another permanent consultant.
With some experience of working within a recruitment or direct sales role you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new clients through commercial activity, extensive direct marketing of candidates and recruitment solutions to your clients.
Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find them the right job will of course be your main responsibility. To thrive in this fast-paced environment you will need to possess the following attributes - entrepreneurial spirit, drive, communication skill and determination. You will have the natural ability to find proactive solutions and welcome being challenged. You can expect to receive some of the best training in the industry which includes both internal and external. Your earning potential is uncapped and your first years OTE is expected to be no less than £45k
