Job Description:

-Actively source applicants for available vacancies

-Interview applicants and determine their suitability for the role

-Develop a relationship with the candidate so they have 'brand association’ to Proactive and think highly of our business and service

-Work with your team to develop a solid understanding of your market and become a 'market leader’

-Discuss suitable applicants with your clients to secure them an interview and ultimately a new job

-Provide excellent service with every person you come in to contact with

-Show attention to detail with all written communication including Adverts and emails to promote a positive brand image

-Go the extra mile for both candidate and client to make sure they don’t use any other agency!

-Competitive, dedicated and passionate personalities work well in this environment.

-City of London (Bishopsgate)

What to expect from the academy?

-You will be taught the basics of recruitment including; candidate attraction, business development, filing vacancies, advertising etc

-You will develop a network of other apprentices that you can share the experience with and learn from throughout the duration of the academy and thereafter

-You will be given the opportunity to develop presentation, communication and sales skills

-Once you have graduated from the academy, you will join your perspective team and work closely with your manager/ team leader to further develop your skills and career with us.
