Title: Recruitment Consultant/Allocator
Astra Recruitment are seeking for a recruitment consultant/allocator to join our growing client based in the centre of Plymouth.
This role will be based within a care agency who deliver high quality services in a wide range of care and support settings. You will be taking over a warm recruitment desk.
We are looking for people from a Care, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer service and Telephone sales backgrounds.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Allocation of staff to bookings
- Build desk – expanding existing business and gaining new business
- Business development – including cold calling
- Attend networking events
- Account management of clients and build relationships
- Manage temporary workers
- Attend client visits
- Take part in marketing campaigns
Please note that this role will also include 1 Ad hoc evening on call each week.
