Recruitment Consultant - Accountant & Finance Division

Rotheram Carrington Financial Recruitment are pleased to announce we are expanding our team. We are looking to recruit a full-time Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience for our Accountancy & Finance division. We are a recently formed independent recruitment business derived from two entrepreneurial individuals who have an extensive career in recruitment, having worked within two of UK's leading financial recruitment organisations. As our business is in it's infancy we require the successful applicant to possess a flexible approach with a can do attitude along with a pro-active and self motivated drive to achieve independently with the support of our team. We are a business that value's a flexible approach to work life balance and we continue to strive to make our business a great place to work, with our newly refurbished offices based in the centre of Chester.

Job Description

  • Developing new and existing client relationships across various sectors within Commerce & Industry and the Not For Profit markets
  • The ability to liaise & advise clients at all levels with regards to their recruitment needs
  • Manage candidates and clients through interview processes and offer management
  • Responsible for the development of a strong candidate database with industry specific experience in line with your specific specialise
  • Setting up local preferred agreements for exclusive business and liaising with our other specialism to cross sell for a fully integrated recruitment service
  • Attending various seminars and events associated with your recruitment market
  • Continually being aware of what's happening in your market place via a variety of online tools such as LinkedIn, Business Insider, Job Sites etc.

Key Skills

  • Minimum requirement of 2 years recruitment experience combined with good academia
  • Ability to work to, and achieve set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage several opportunities simultaneously
  • Full driving licence
  • Flexibility and commitment
