An International Recruitment Consultancy company within 20 successful years of trading are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join one of the 'Best Small Companies to work for’ as credited by the Sunday Times for over 10 years. As a highly motivated and target driven individual you will identify, open and develop new and existing contract client opportunities in both a customer facing role and a pro-active sales environment.

Rate: You will start on an attractive salary dependent on experience with uncapped commission

Skills Required for the Role:

  • 2+ years strong business to business sales or recruitment experience desired

  • Strong telephone and face-to-face sales and negotiating skills

  • Proven experience of new business track record

  • Excellent documentation skills and experience of working with CRM databases and Microsoft Packages such as Excel, Power Point and Word

  • English language (both written and spoken), plus international language such as; Spanish / Portuguese / French or Arabic highly desirable

Responsibilities for the Role:

As the Recruitment Consultant, you will identify suitable candidates to fulfil client requirements and manage the end-to-end process of their deployment using your pro-active customer service skills.
