Our client will consider someone with 6-12 month recruitment experience or someone with pure sales experience looking to step into recruitment.
This brand new office has been opened by a seasoned manager with a huge amount of experience building businesses and relationships. You can expect to work in plush offices, in the heart of Ocean Village, with free parking, academy style training with a truly amazing commission structure, to get your earnings up there, very quickly.
If you are currently working as a recruiter with less than 12 months experience and feel stifled with too many KPI's and micro-management, then this could be the company for you. My client operates a very mature, grown up attitude to how people work. Our client will NOT suffocate you with KPI's, you will be allowed to work in a autonomous environment but always have the support you need to get the job done and get results.
If you don't have experience in recruitment, but you would like a career in the industry. To be considered, you must have SALES experience and be able to demonstrate working to targets.
