We focus on IT and this encompasses everything from support, to software development all the way through to CTO level. Ever since the dot-com boom at the turn of the century, the IT industry has been growing year on year, so there hasn’t been a better time to join!

As a recruitment consultant, your role will take have many different responsibilities, some are listed below:
- Help to identify and source the best talent within the industry through a variety of means (LinkedIn / Job Boards / Databases / GitHub)
- Engage with these candidates (conduct interviews) and guide them through the entire recruitment process.
- To give these candidates the best possible experience and help define their futures.
- Seek out and identify interesting tech companies that we could work with in the future.
