On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Campus Co-Ordinator for a 6 month rolling contract based in London (50% remote 50% office).

Purpose of the Role:

Support the delivery of a high volume of campus hires across global markets spring, summer, long term internship and graduate hires

Coordinate parts of the recruitment process for all GM programmes; candidate management, interview scheduling, planning and facilitating assessment centres (including via the online assessment centre platform (currently Tazio)) and coordinating on boarding documents

Track business involvement in recruitment activities for Global Markets in the Early Careers Plan

The UK Early Careers Team looks after all campus attraction, recruitment and development including graduates, summer internships, long-term internships and spring insight participants.

This role, which reports to the Head of Early Careers but predominantly supports the Global Markets Recruitment Partner and the Development Partner, will cover all of the above areas with specific focus on the Global Markets programmes.

Travel may be required for this role, especially in peak-campus recruitment season.

As a Campus Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain and review the Applicant Tracking System (currently Oleeo), including but not limited to; managing candidates through the process, flagging system errors, liaising with our test providers and ensuring up to date and accurate data in the system at all times
  • Manage the processing of new joiner / leaver documentation
  • Support the visa processes of these individuals through collaboration with the UK International Mobility Team
  • Support campus marketing and attraction initiatives and attend campus events, especially in peak season (Sep - Jan). Support diversity recruitment initiatives.
  • Support the summer, spring and graduate induction programmes for Global Markets.
  • Support the rotation management and IT onboarding of GM Summer Interns
  • Support the organisation of 'desk shadowing' for GM Summer Interns
  • Support the Global Markets summer and graduate appraisal processes in Oleeo
  • Support inter-rotation training for Global Markets graduates.
  • Support the Global Markets Academy Conference and manage the GMA weekly sessions.
  • Support on Early Careers events for intern and graduate classes.
  • Support in team administrative processes such as updating of process documents, escalation of ABC forms to Compliance, liaison with HR Connect on intern/graduate queries.
  • Management of central graduate recruitment inbox, responding to candidate enquiries and ensuring timely responses
  • Managing referrals process in conjunction with Compliance and ATS provider.
  • Management of ad hoc projects as directed by the Head of Early Careers including candidate engagement strategies such as buddying and keep warm.

What we require from the candidate:

  • An ability to articulate a keen interest in recruitment, development and Early Careers programme management and ideally working in a campus recruitment team
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven and rapidly changing environment
  • An understanding of recruitment and the practicalities of doing this in volume.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • An ability to multitask with many simultaneous activities at once.
  • Experience of ATS systems (desirable)
