Client Details

The client is a leading global insurance firm

The successful applicant for the Recruitment Coordinator role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Scheduling interviews with candidates; both face to face and by telephone

  • Booking of internal meeting rooms
  • Communicating with candidates, providing feedback and answering questions
  • Tracking candidate feedback
  • Maintaining and updating the recruitment system
  • Facing off to internal stakeholders on recruitment matters
  • Making sure all candidate information is correct for offer approvals

Profile

The successful applicant for the Recruitment Coordinator role will ideally have:

  • Experience of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Strong academics, minimum degree educated with strong A Levels and GCSEs
  • Competent knowledge of IT and Microsoft Products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Services
