You will be required to:
- Place/ organise adverts using job boards, press, recruitment agencies or social media
- Organise shortlisting and co-ordinate interviews
- Support production of offer and on-boarding communications
- Maintain the recruitment database up to date with details of all vacancies, applications and transferring applicants to employees
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on recruitment issues.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 12 months Recruitment experience.
