The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for performing administrative and candidate resourcing activities within the Recruitment Team to ensure the delivery of a professional and effective recruitment service to our customers - both our MNF managers and our candidates.
The Recruitment Team is instrumental in the continued growth of MotoNovo Finance as we find and recruit the MotoNovians of the future.
The Recruitment Co-Ordinator plays a vital part in ensuring candidates are fully prepared to meet with us for interviews and assessment centres via excellent customer service, communication and administration skills. The candidate who undertakes this role will be highly organised, with a great telephone manner. Having the initiative to work alone as well as being part of a close-knit team is important.
This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in joining the Recruitment Team, as once you are fully settled in this role we will develop the candidate to be able to perform the end to end recruitment process, which will put them in a great position to become the next MotoNovo Finance Recruitment Officer.
