Recruitment Co-ordinator

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator to start asap. The role will be a rolling temporary contract paying between £150 to £170 a day depending on experience. Core hours are 9am to 6pm and may spill over on occasion.

Our client is a leading private equity firm based in Mayfair, and this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in that sector. The role itself is estimated to last at least 6 months but may run longer depending on the recruitment needs of the company. Duties will include but aren't limited to:

* Supporting two more senior recruiters
* Liaising with candidates and scheduling/rescheduling their interviews
* Managing the recruitment processes from end-to-end
* Taking ownership of feedback and updating the candidate tracking database
* General admin

The successful candidate will have good attention-to-detail, excellent Microsoft Office skills and an ability to work to a very high standard of communication. Turnaround time is extremely quick but can't be achieved with any compromise on precision. Familiarity with Taleo software would be beneficial.
