Fantastic opportunity for an experienced in-house Recruitment Business Partner to join this leading brand to provide operational and strategic recruitment support to the business. You will work with hiring managers to deliver a first-class recruitment service, support the on-boarding process and assist the L&D team with on-going talent and engagement programmes.
As a Recruitment Business Partner you will work as part of a wider HR team to deliver the recruitment strategy across the business which will involve:-
* Providing innovative recruitment solutions to ensure the direct delivery technical recruitment - including development a leading edge graduate recruitment programme. * Establishing strong relationships with business stakeholders as a subject matter expert who can provide support and guidance. * Engaging with candidates in a way that reflects the brand, values and culture and delivers a top level recruitment experience * Collaborating with colleagues across the wider HR function to deliver projects such as engagement and employee development.
* Experience of delivering an end to end direct recruitment model that's both operationally effective and cost efficient * Highly collaborative with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels * Ability to demonstrate an organised and innovative approach to managing attraction campaigns that leverages the benefits of the brand * Customer focused and commercially astute with a pragmatic, "can-do" approach.
