Recruitment Business Partner
We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner with account development, relationship building and recruitment management experience who can work with senior hiring managers to help them build their recruitment strategies.
About the job
This role has stakeholder management responsibilities and you will need to have experience of working as a trusted advisor to your client.
As one of the main points of contacts for the client you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring that hiring managers are kept informed of the recruitment strategy and operational activity undertaken on their behalf.
You will need to fully brief the resourcing team on all recruitment assignments and manage the end to end process ensuring that the team works effectively and professionally to meet the client’s needs.
In this client facing role it is important that the benefits and value of the Curve offering are articulated and consistently applied when dealing with your client base.
It is important that you are comfortable with data as you will arrange invoicing, forecasting and producing management information and client facing reports.
The role will be based onsite with a leading provider of end to end services of software and hardware to retail and financial services markets.
