Recruitment Business Partner

Our market leading client has a brand new and very exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner. The role will manage and deliver an efficient and cost-effective recruitment service to key business area across a wide range of roles and locations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with Heads of Business and their direct reports to understand their current and ongoing recruitment requirements
  • Managing end to end recruitment of a wide range of roles
  • Introducing best practice and a consistent approach to recruitment
  • Advising hiring managers on appropriate psychometrics and testing and creating interview packs
  • Building up a pipeline of talent
  • Advertising roles on company careers page
  • Conducting screening calls with candidates
  • Delivering assessment centres (may require some overnight travel)
  • Liaising with in-house legal team to ensure appropriate documentation and practice are carried out
  • Producing management information to record and identify trends and suggest corrective action
  • Working with PSL; developing and implementing SLAs for PSL agencies and reviewing the PSL on an annual basis
  • Reviewing recruitment spend monthly
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience to every applicant at each stage of the recruitment process
  • Leading on and supporting ad hoc project work

Person Specification

  • Extensive recruiter experience gained in-house and via a professional services agency
  • Strong track record in stakeholder management at all levels
  • Excellent competency based interviewing skills and recruitment experience at senior management level
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and handle high job numbers in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, positive, self-motivated and willing to help
  • A professional approach and well presented
