Our client prominent insurance firm in London have over 10,000 employees across the UK. They cover data and technology, culture and capability, and risk and capital management as foundations for their clients.
They are a market leader in the fields of home and motor insurance and are in search of an experienced Recruitment Business Partner with a strong network in within technology services & information security to join their in house recruitment team on an interim basis for 3 - 6 months starting ASAP.
Your new role
As the successful Recruitment Business Partner, you will manage the end to end permanent recruitment process, including search & selection and the offer process for all relevant vacancies within their technology services business. You will work on recruitment based projects and will be seen by the business as a market leader in technology recruitment - you will look at the current market rates and complete internal and external benching marking for the business, keep up to date with market trends and changes to technology to ensure the offer package is fair but competitive. You will working closely with hiring managers to understand their resourcing and role requirements on an ongoing basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working as technology recruiter focusing on volume hire permanent recruitment, within a in house environment for a financial services business. You will be commercial in your approach and enjoy what you do and have enthusiasm for recruitment. Not only that you will be experienced in recruiting for IT & Tech roles and have a strong network of talent to support you with direct sourcing.
