The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to win new business and grow existing for both temporary and permanent recruitment in the NHS Non-Medical Non-Clinical sector (NMNC) in London. This is a sales role where developing relationships and delivering excellent service is paramount to retaining and growing your client base.

Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (NHS Professional)
Location: Bury Street, London
Contract: Reed Talent Solutions
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience, plus £4,000 inner London weighting (£24k - £28k), plus excellent bonus earning potential
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Contract: Full time, Permanent

What the role looks like:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role will focus on business development which includes growing the client base within the NHS, selling temporary and permanent solutions within the NHS business and increasing the number of hiring managers working with REED. This will involve attending client meetings, understanding NHS client requirements by becoming an expert in the relevant area and delivering a world-class service that exceeds the expectations of your client. You will need to understand the processes of the NHS clients’ internal recruitment systems, compliance and invoicing.

As well as business development, you will also need to attract candidates to these roles. You will work with your Talent Sourcing Specialist to create appealing job advertisements, design attraction campaigns and utilise job boards, CV databases and social media platforms to fill your requirements. Your role will also involve organising registration events to manage high volume orders.

What makes a good Talent Acquisition Specialist?

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume recruitment environment, with a proven track record of being able to deliver results, analyse information and create solutions. You will need to be a strong communicator with a clear ability to collaborate with clients, candidates and other co-members across the REED network. Furthermore, you must be resilient to challenges, have a willingness to learn and a desire to succeed.
