Recruitment Business Development Manager - York
Basic salary c.£28k+ depending on experience
+ Commission - % of GP generated on new business (OTE £40k)

This is a fantastic new position with a well-established multi-sector agency who have a strong reputation throughout the York covering a broad range of temporary and permanent staffing throughout the region.
Based from the central York offices you will be responsible for the new business generation for the company’s business into the private sector exploiting a long standing client base and excellent resource delivery team.
Your main duties will involve selling the client’s services over the telephone and through face to face visits to clients throughout the region, negotiation of preferential rates, overseeing continued customer satisfaction and achievement of weekly/monthly revenue targets.
On top of an extremely generous base salary and comprehensive benefits package you will receive a percentage of the GP generated on any won new business.
This role will suit a self-starting, dynamic, money hungry sales professional. You will either currently be a Business Development Consultant, or an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to step away from delivery and concentrate on being client facing.
