Are you a recruitment consultant seeking a new change?

Supreme Recruitment are seeking experienced recruitment consultants who are looking for a change, this vacancy is for a Regional Sales Executive. You will meet and exceed quarterly and annual business plan income targets across commercial leasing by developing new opportunities and customer relationships across the portfolio.

You will be responsible for:

Creating Income Opportunities

  • Work with the Group Commercial Manager to create, agree and execute your part of the commercial business plan, to achieve agreed targets
  • Generate commercial leads and follow up on new sales opportunities
  • Support and closely collaborate with the centre teams to deliver locally generated commercial customers, initiatives and partnerships

Delivering Income Targets

  • Source, manage and drive income across the following strategic areas:
    • Mall kiosks and national brand promotions (i.e. charities, experiential activations, national roadshows)
    • New initiatives (i.e. alternative uses, brand partnerships, etc.)
  • Manage an accurate forecast of commercial customers, whilst maintaining realistic expectations on all opportunities

Customer Engagement

  • Manage client relationships, prioritising key national accounts, and develop strong business relationships to enhance income potential across the portfolio
  • Service the needs of existing customers whilst strengthening relationships and increasing the commercial customer base across the portfolio of assets and those of your colleagues by cross selling, promoting and sharing leads

Reporting

  • Provide regular commentary and analysis against agreed monthly KPIs to the Commercial Manager (portfolio), utilising reports produced by Finance and business tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Shape, monitor and regularly report a qualified sales pipeline to the Commercial Manager (portfolio) and the relevant centre teams for feedback

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' work experience within a sales role, with a proven track record in business development ideally within shopping centres or the retail sector
  • Experience using a CRM platform, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Commercial acumen and financial awareness
  • Experience in preparing and finalising proposals and documentation such as heads of terms
  • An understanding of proformas and be comfortable with numbers
  • Creative - new revenue generating ideas
  • Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of management
