A Recruitment Auditor is responsible for meeting and assisting with the registration of candidates for our client at large scale assessment days with the express purpose of verifying Right to Work in the UK and providing feedback.
Location of work:
A Recruitment auditor must be able to travel to our assessment day locations based in Bristol (Filton), Bristol (Severn Beach) and Swindon. It is essential that the Recruitment Auditor can travel to all three locations.General Areas of Responsibility
- Represent Reed & our client in a professional manner
- Meet with candidates invited to assessment day(s)
- Manage and host assessment day(s) in accordance with the daily schedule
- Verify and authenticate candidate(s) Right to Work in UK
- Abide by strict GDPR procedure
Essential functions of the role:
Assessment days will be attended by up to 60 candidates per day, broken down into time slots hosted by the Recruitment Auditor. It is vital that the Recruitment Auditor arrives at an assessment day in good time and performs their work promptly in keeping with the daily schedule.
Good eye for detail and high concentration levels are essential in this role. The Recruitment Auditor is fundamentally responsible for ascertaining whether candidates have attended with the correct identification and paperwork and feeding this back to our Head Office team.
Recruitment Auditors must be comfortable working with people of all backgrounds and should be adept at delivering difficult messages to candidates, specifically in respect of candidates who have failed to bring the correct materials to the session and/or are late and need to be turned away.
Working arrangements and provisions:
Successful applicants will be offered work on an ad hoc basis, this is dependant on the recruitment needs of our client. You will need to have access to either a Tablet or Smart Device for system registration access.
Standard shift patterns are for full and half day assessment days:
- Full Day - 8.30am to 5pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch period between 12.30pm and 1pm. Paid 8 hours.
- Half Day - 8.30am to 12.30pm. Paid 4 hours.
