Your new company
An experienced Recruitment Assistant is required to join a large and reputable company based in Oxford. Initially this is on a temporary basis, however, there may also be opportunities to move into a permanent role within the team. You will be joining a large and productive team of recruiters who provide an efficient recruitment function to their offices across the UK.
Your new role
As part of the recruitment function, you will be responsible for sourcing CVs through a number of different techniques, screening candidates over the telephone, compiling shortlists and passing these on to the relevant line managers. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for tracking candidates and building talent pools in order to ensure a quick and efficient service for future roles.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will have previous Recruitment experience either in an agency or internal environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong administrative capabilities and be process driven. Furthermore, you will be a confident communicator at all levels.
