Our award-winning legal client has an excellent opportunity to join their Bristol office as a Recruitment Assistant. The role is being offered on a 12 month FTC and can be full or part time based in Bristol, with a FTE salary of £20,000 - £25,000.
Duties will include:
- Advertising vacancies
- Sourcing and interviewing/screening candidates
- Attending careers/law fairs where needed
- Assist with the running of Assessment Days
- Support the Recruitment Administrator with administrative tasks where appropriate
- Work with the Recruitment Manager on projects
- Build relationships with candidates in the local market
- Keep an up to date knowledge of current vacancies and stages
- Work with the Marketing team to develop the Careers section of the website
- Help maintain social media
The successful candidate will need to have previous recruitment experience have excellent written skills and experience using a variety of social media platforms.
