Salary: up to 23k plus quarterly bonus

Job outline:

My client, a world leader in sensors, safety, vision and microscopes is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Assistant to join their rapidly growing team.

Reporting directly to the Sales Administration Manager you will be responsible for both finding and recruiting candidates for a variety of roles within the organisation.

You will participate in CV screening, online interview evaluation and holding face to face interviews. Further to this you will be expected to liaise with recruitment agencies and provide individual candidate feedback.

You will be a highly organised and confident administration professional, able to prioritize efficiently and work to targets. In return my client offers a competitive salary of up to 23k plus a quarterly bonus scheme after 6 months.

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level in business or a related subject

Experience:

  • You must be able to communicate effectively through both written and oral platforms.
  • You will ideally have experience in recruitment.
  • You will be a confident communicator, able to work towards targets.

Additional information:

  • Candidates MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK.
