Recruitment Assessor- 6 month contract

Summary:

This role is part of a new project aimed to provide operational support in the recruitment area to our key locations at Heathrow, Stansted and Luton. We are looking for goal driven individual with excellent communication skills and ability to provide an outstanding level of service to our candidates during their assessments. The Recruitment Assessor will play a key role in our team to deliver against operation requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Check eligibility to work, licences, and other required documentation
  • Conduct relevant testing activities
  • Interview candidates
  • Keep candidate management system up to date
  • Create MI reports
  • Update required details on trackers and operational spreadsheets
  • Set up interviews and assessment activities
  • Actively promote National Express brand to candidates
  • Support Resourcing Team with a variety of projects and ad-hoc activities

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in conducting interviews and assessments
  • Good working knowledge of application tracking systems
  • Strong IT skills including ability to create reports, analyses and presentations
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to interact confidently with candidates and hiring managers on all levels
  • Knowledge of the transport industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency and goal driven approach to work
  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask
  • Excellent work ethics and ability to work under limited supervision
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Passion and desire to deliver the best quality of service to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel in order to support driving assessments and interviews
  • Knowledge of ETW in the UK
