We have an excellent opportunity for a self-employed Recruitment Manager/Associate Partner. The Franchise will cover Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

On a self-employed basis, the job will involve finding new clients and job vacancies for Permanent & Temporary Positions.

Administration

Woods Recruitment will load all qualified positions onto the various premium job sites including Indeed, Reed,Total Jobs, Linked In, Twitter and Facebook Adverts.

Woods Recruitment will provide the Temporary & Permanent contracts for Employees and Employers. We will Invoice the companies for Permanent & Temporary positions and provide the payroll for all Temporary placements.

For Permanent placements, you receive 80% of the fee agreed with the client and for Temporary placements, you receive 50% of the fee agreed with the client.

Woods Recruitment will provide initial training, support and all stationery including business cards, flyers, letterheads along with an email address, website,

The Ideal candidate will preferably have some Sales/Marketing experience and a Recruitment background would be an advantage.
