A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an esteemed University. As Recruitment and Retention Manager, you will design, develop and implement a framework for leading edge recruitment. You will also ensure that the Universities HR objectives are met.
You will have a fantastic scope to implement new policies and be creative with strategies. The role offers a 35 hour working week and excellent holiday entitlement.
Knowledge, Education and Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 minimum
- First Class Degree
- Sector experience is desirable
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Demonstrable knowledge of implementing and designing recruitment strategies and methods
