Salary -£21,892 to £24,157 per annum

We enjoy what we do. We enjoy attracting and recruiting the best candidates to work in the physical and mental health and learning disability teams across our Trust and are excited to have an opportunity for a Recruitment and Retention Advisor to join our centralised recruitment team.
Over the last few months we have experienced unprecedented levels of recruitment to support workforce needs across the Trust. This has given us the opportunity to focus on how we wish our recruitment service to continue to develop and adapt in to the future and now is the time to join us to become involved in our journey to achieve this.

To help us achieve this you will work closely with the Recruitment and Retention Leads, supporting an experienced and friendly recruitment team and assisting in running a customer focussed recruitment service within a fast paced environment.
You need to be able to work well as part of the team as well as working autonomously. Strong organisation and time management skills are key to working successfully in the role in addition to working proactively, as recruitment in to roles across the Trust are vital to the success of the healthcare services we support.
This is a permanent opportunity working 37.5 hours per week. The post holder will be expected to work the core hours of 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. The post is based at Edward Jenner Court in Brockworth and there may be the requirement to travel between sites across the county. There is also the flexibility of some homeworking in agreement with the line manager.

This post requires the post holder to be able to undertake all statutory and mandatory training and post holders must be able to undertake physical interventions. Fitness for physical intervention will be assessed by Occupational Health.
