Recruitment and Compliance Manager - London
We have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment and Compliance Manager to work for our growing London office. This is the perfect role for an ambitious commercial Recruitment and Compliance Manager, who is experienced in developing and driving teams, and has extensive knowledge of NHS frameworks and experience of working in healthcare recruitment.
You have the opportunity to be part of Pulse, which is an award winning market leader of health and social care staffing to the UK and International Healthcare sectors. We support NHS Trusts and private healthcare sector providers by placing expert and compliant nurses, midwives, doctors, allied health and health science staff into the right permanent and temporary roles.
As a Recruitment and Compliance manager, you will be running the London compliance department, working to regulatory NHS framework standards and meeting our client’s needs. You will have weekly communication with senior management, reviewing and reporting on key objectives. You will also support the business throughout our compliance audits, ensuring the highest standards are kept.
You would be responsible for managing our established compliance team, support them to achieve set business KPI’s whilst following strict framework and company compliance guidelines. You will manage and support your team in providing a quick and efficient service in the process of our candidate’s compliance documents, using internal and external support systems.
You will drive your teams performance, by reviewing set objectives and KPI’s, identify performance problems and implement corrective strategies. Conduct weekly and monthly reviews and appraisals, where you can identify any training or development needs and succession planning. You will support your team to ensure the business has a consistent flow of quality candidate’s to process the compliance documents and meeting the organisation’s needs.
We are looking for a driven, ambitious and commercial Recruitment and Compliance Manager, who ideally has worked in the healthcare recruitment sector, and has knowledge of NHS frameworks. You must have a proven record in developing, coaching, and managing a successful team’s performance, and to be confident in communicating at all levels.
