Leeds/Castleford - Full time
We are looking for an additional Recruitment Advisor to join our expanding team.
Being part of a developing in-house recruitment service within an organisation with ambitious growth plans will bring its challenges, but moreover great opportunities!
You will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient end-to-end recruitment service to fulfil the resourcing needs of our managers. You will manage a busy caseload of vacancies and an active candidate pool, supporting managers through the process. You will also design and implement attraction strategies and assessment methodologies and facilitate the development of our employer brand. You will research best practice to ensure the continual improvement of the service and produce recruitment data to keep stakeholders updated with progress and inform our decisions.
You will know what makes a great recruitment service through previous experience of managing a range of recruitment campaigns. You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills and be passionate about delivering a great experience for our candidates. With excellent administration and organisational skills, you’ll be an effective team-worker, both within the wider HR team and with other departments. Any experience of marketing/digital advertising, managing suppliers and working within a recruitment agency would be advantageous.
In return, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and be involved in a wide variety of initiatives that will give you a fantastic range of experience and skills. And as we grow, opportunities will become available to use them.
