Our client, a local Housing Association, located in Sidcup, Kent are seeking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Advisor for a minimum 9 month contract.
You must be able to start mid April.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Recruitment Advisor will support the delivery of the HR recruitment service for the Strategy and Operations teams by partnering with people managers in order to deliver a first class recruitment service. As well as helping managers shortlist and interview potential candidates, you will ensure that they adhere to legislation, L&Q policy and best practise during the decision making process.
They are looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to champion the recruitment service and the way it is delivered to their stakeholders. As well as delivering recruiter services, an important aspect of this role will be to work with the wider HR Team to ensure that relevant recruitment information is shared effectively in order to deliver strategic goals and objectives across the business.
To be successful within this role, you will need experience of working within an in-house recruitment role and be able to deliver a high quality recruitment service. You should have experience of working in a multi-site, fast paced operation with exposure to high volume recruitment. Additionally the nature of the market in which they operate will require you to be flexible in your approach and your working times may be determined by business need.
Although based at their Sidcup office, you will be expected to travel regularly to their Stratford office.
