Recruitment Advisor - Financial / Professional Services To £40,000
This leading international organisation is looking for a new member of staff for its dynamic and fast moving recruitment function. Previous recruitment exposure, either in-house or agency based is essential, exposure to financial services or professional services would be highly preferred.
Duties will include, but not be limited to :
Deliver an excellent, proactive professional recruitment service to the firm to attract and recruit high calibre talent
Assist in the management of the recruitment cycle, alongside the HR Advisor.
Represent the recruitment function within the wider HR Department, participating in meetings as required
Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and those involved in recruitment.
Deliver a high standard of recruitment customer service to the Firm. Take job briefings from internal stakeholders and demonstrate in-depth understanding of the Firm's practice areas and business
Attend interviews as and when required
Produce and analyse management information as required and as a result make recommendations to the Recruitment team.
Deliver recruitment specific projects, as communicated and agreed.
Help manage the Preferred Supplier List, to monitor and review performance of suppliers, negotiate rates and hold agency briefings
Assist the HR Recruitment Advisor to provide ongoing external benchmarking and highlight any issues or market trends to the wider HR team.
