An excellent opportunity has arisen for a recruitment Advisor to join an established recruitment team for an award winning NHS Trust. This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a team that has the purpose of tackling Covid related matters.

The main focus of the role will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

Provide high quality advice and support to managers and staff on a range of HR issues, including:

  • Recruitment (including participating in interviews)
  • Non-complex terms and conditions of service (Agenda for Change)
  • Human resources best practices
  • Redeployment
  • Honorary Contracts
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of terms and conditions of service, Trust policies and procedures and human resources best practice keeping up to date with changes in practice and legislation.
  • Be responsible for own personal Continuous Professional Development.
  • Ensure compliance with equal opportunities principles in all areas of people management throughout the Trust
  • Contribute to the development and continual improvement of the HR service.
  • Take responsibility for self-organisation and time management.
  • Ensure all workstations, work areas and store cupboards are tidy and organised to promote health and safety and efficient working.
