Recruitment Advisor (3 month contract) - London

A highly successful, global organisation based in Canary Wharf are looking for a bright and motivated Recruitment Advisor or Recruitment Coordinator to join them initially on a 3 month contract.

As the Recruitment Advisor (reporting directly to the HR Manager) you will be responsible for sourcing and developing a strong candidate pipeline across a number of different functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to source relevant candidates and will manage the end to end recruitment process. You will work across the full recruitment lifecycle including taking briefings from senior management, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates (directly and through agencies), managing the PSL, screening candidates, interviewing and issuing offers. My client is also very keen to speak to candidates that have had experience utilising more cost effective recruitment techniques including direct resourcing through job boards as well as the use of LinkedIn.

This role would suit an experienced Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Advisor or Talent Acquisition Specialist that has had experience across the full recruitment cycle. My client is willing to consider candidates that have worked agency side or in an in house or internal recruitment role. It is essential that you have demonstrable experience building effective working relationships with hiring managers and have a real passion for recruitment.

The daily rate on offer for this 3 month contract is up to £220 (depending on experience).
