Recruitment Advertising Manager

A fast growing, events, publishing and online media company are seeking a Recruitment Partnership Manager to join their offices in Mortlake.

The role offers excellent benefits including gym membership, Interest free season ticket loan, free eye tests and childcare voucher scheme and a basic salary of £28-35k and OTE of up to 60k.

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for pro-actively researching and identifying news sales leads/prospects.
  • Converting leads/prospects into sales in-line with pre-determined monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Sales related activity will require regular use of the telephone in addition to the usual methods of communicating i.e. email, social media platforms etc.
  • Producing a short, medium and long-term strategy for marketing the online recruitment and resourcing proposition that will enable you to deliver the sales.
  • Responsible for identifying the target audience for using the job board (i.e. candidates) and organising and managing innovative marketing campaigns and promotions to encourage registration on the LSN job board and uploading of CVs.
  • Taking full responsibility for on-going client account management and support.
  • Monitoring the candidate database on a regular basis to ensure quality, relevancy and accuracy of applications flowing through the job board.

Personal Specification

  • Have experience of Sales / Business Development
  • Have worked within a recruitment consultancy or media advertising
  • Commercially focused and aware
  • Creative with the ability to deliver content
  • Good IT skills, familiar with social media
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Strong research skills

Mortlake

£28-35k plus commission OTE of up to £60k
