Due to continued expansion my client requires an experienced Recruiter or Recruitment Administrator to join their successful back-office team. You will get to work for one of the most revered and renowned recruitment companies in the market with an excellent reputation for training, support & high levels of employee satisfaction.
You will be responsible for general sales support (assisting the consultants) and administration in general (for candidates and clients). This will include a wide variety of duties such as; compliance, reference checking and contractor care to name but a few.
The ideal candidate will have worked in recruitment (as a Resourcer or Consultant); in a sales role or admin role & be looking for their next challenge. It’s a demanding, fast-paced role where attention to detail is vital as is the ability to function at a high level within a team environment.
