Full time – 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm

Do you have experience within Administration or office based work?
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Administrator who will thrive in an office based environment within the Recruitment sector.
To contribute to the effective and efficient management of compliance documents
Providing administrative support to the consultants
Speaking with candidates and temporary workers for employment documents
Telephone and reception duties, and other general administrative support as required
You may occasionally contact the general public to know whether they are looking for work and assess if they are a suitable candidate for specific positions
Previous administrative experience
Demonstrate a willingness to learn
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure
Confident in Microsoft packages such as excel and word
Great team to work alongside
