We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our Recruitment team. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person, who will be an integral team member to help us carry out our future vision and promote WUTH as a great place to work.
The successful candidate will have the chance to make a real difference by providing a high quality, customer-focused recruitment service to both prospective and current employees, as well as our recruiting managers and is able to deliver this with a professional and personable approach.
You will be responsible for liaising with managers and playing a proactive part in the recruitment process, providing appropriate and timely advice and information. You will need to have an attention to detail and a flexible approach will be essential. You will be processing job adverts, offers of employment, inputting of new starter details onto our ESR system and conducting right to work checks. Previous NHS and ESR experience is a must and data entry and/or administration experience is strongly desirable. You will also be expected to have confident and competent computer skills, with the ability to work within a team and be self-motivated.
