Our client is looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator for a period of 3 months.
Your new role
You will assist the Recruitment Team Leader to ensure that the recruitment process is a cost effective and efficient function. Assist in the production of advertising copy liaising with recruiting managers and advertising agencies as necessary. Liaise with recruiting managers to ensure that the recruitment process is as smooth as possible. Post Job Descriptions and Person Specifications along with proactively, ensure that the Candidate Management System is maintained and is utilised to its full extent and advise managers and external agencies on its use. Ensure that vacancies are posted on the Group intranet and Website in a timely manner, in accordance with the group's policies and procedures. Assist in the co-ordination of interview and/or assessment centre schedules, sending invitations or liaising with employment agencies as appropriate and ensure all rooms and/or resources are booked if required. Review and develop the processes for the which the post holder is responsible to achieve continuous improvement. Assist with testing and assessment centres as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven HR/recruitment experience along with knowledge of recruitment best practice and legislation. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop good relationships with people at all levels.
