Recruitment Administrator

The Role

An opportunity to join a fast paced recruitment team based in Whittlesford working within a team of three on-site consultants covering all aspects of the recruitment procedure.

You will be part of the on-site recruitment team ensuring that all recruitment and administration requirements are met at all times, effectively recruiting throughout the year meeting all key performance targets.

Experience and skills required:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong administration experience with good attention to detail

Effective communicator at all levels via face to face, telephone & e-mail

Ability to work both within a fast pacing environment and multi-task

Confident in the use of MS office suites

Driver/car owner as this role will involve shift rotations 6am-3pm & 8am-5pm - Monday to Friday only

Salary and benefits

£20-21,000pa plus 20% shift premium allowance

28 days annual inclusive of all Bank Holidays additional day holiday each year
