New opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator in Redhill – salary £24,000-£25,000. Benefits include life assurance and childcare vouchers. This is a new permanent position in line with the company’s recent expansion.

Key accountabilities:
• Supporting the recruitment process, from creating online job adverts and screening CVs, to interviewing and assisting with onboarding for new starters
• Sourcing, attracting, assessing and recruiting the right candidates who can add value to the business in compliance with current UK employment law
• Carrying out pre-employment checks and confirming eligibility to work
• Coordinating recruitment events such as interview days
• Manage direct advertising and liaise with agencies
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews
• General administrative tasks and ensuring that the databases are kept up to date

Key requirements:
• Previous recruitment or HR experience
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to unexpected changes whilst still ensuring objectives are met
• Outstanding communication skills, both aural and written
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel and experience of using databases
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• The ability to prioritise effectively and manage a heavy workload
