Your new role
Our Client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to work within their Recruitment team. This will be a fast paced role covering a variety of tasks including writing job adverts, posting adverts to job boards, sourcing candidates, telephone screening candidates, reference checking, sending out new starter packs and general admin duties within the recruitment team.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and will have a desire to work in a progressive and ever changing recruitment environment. You must have an out-going and positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workloads. You will need an excellent level of customer service as the role will require constant communication with hiring managers to ascertain job details and ensure the highest calibre of candidates are presented. An excellent working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel is required. Previous recruitment experience is not required as our client is happy to train in all areas.
