Our client, a reputable professional services firm, based in the heart of Birmingham are seeking an experience recruiter to join the team in a brand new and exciting role to assist with their rapidly expanding recruitment needs!

This would be perfectly suited to any individuals with a strong recruitment background (either in-house or agency), who cover commercial recruitment for professional services.

For this fantastic opportunity the successful candidates will be exposed and have responsibility within the following areas:

  • Advising on recruitment strategy and planning
  • Working closely with HR and line managers to define roles and produce job descriptions
  • Relationship Management - between key stakeholders and external agencies
  • Process Improvements
  • Managing the 'hands on' recruitment process - including interviewing, feedback and offers
  • Reporting on recruitment activity
  • Social media recruitment initiatives
  • Monitoring the recruitment spend
