Due to significant growth with our leading financial services account, Macquarie, we have a new opportunity for a Recruitment Administration Team Lead to join our London City team.

Hudson RPO is a dedicated recruitment partner to Macquarie, working onsite to design and deliver a best-in-class recruitment service as an integral part of the HR function.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the team delivering all recruitment coordination and administrative tasks in the EMEA region, and for the delivery of coordination and administrative duties alongside team members. Coordination and administrative tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling of interviews and assessments
  • Initiating and monitoring background checks and onboarding for new hires
  • Using the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate tracking of candidates through the recruitment process
  • Reference checking
  • Invoice management

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a positive rapport with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have hands-on experience of recruitment or HR coordination within a Investment Banking organization, along with a proven ability to work effectively and deliver to competing deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment. You will have exceptional people management skills and an outstanding customer service ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, as well as proven organization and proven prioritization skills are a given. You will be able to provide strong examples of your experience of solving problems "in the moment". Recruitment experience would be a plus.
