Working under the guidance and in collaboration with a Division Director, you will work entirely on the quality of providing service, including ensuring all opportunities are explored, with structured training to lever your sales and business skills into the Client side of the business.

The Role

Arrange interviews for suitable candidates, managing their expectations
Pro-actively develop relationships between both candidates and clients
Work closely with consultants to ensure quality of service and accuracy of performance
Market the business to develop the reputation and quality of services provided, both from an office base and face to face
work to a demanding pace to deadlines and against a competitive market, whilst ensuring professional standards
Maintain and develop strong professional networks, from various sources with clients
Develop a comprehensive professional knowledge in your sector
Commit to working to high standards and developing your own professional skills (you will be working towards professional accreditation and putting CPD training into practice) - our client is an active REC member
Support and develop opportunities for the team, department and other colleagues
Managing interview process, feedback and making suitable recommendations working towards successful placement
The Successful candidate will be:

Entrepreneurial in attitude, focused on a career, not just a job.
A proactive individual; you will be expected to work using your initiative and resourcefulness, but under direction and with guidance
Professional, with flair and strong communication skills
Be able to work well under pressure, to deadlines and rationalise priorities of the business and your own objectives
Experienced in providing to clients' expectations, exceeding standards within an Account Management or similar role
Well humoured, able to 'think on your feet' and above all, have positive energy.
Highly motivated to earn a salary that reflects your lifestyle aspirations (do you want to retire early/own a sports car/enjoy an executive lifestyle?)

You could be a 2018 Graduate (or equivalent), Successful Sales Executive, Client services Consultant with B2B Account Executive experience, Account Manager, Researcher, or currently in Recruitment (but not being rewarded sufficiently for your hard work or looking for a change in sector)

Ongoing support/training, open ended commission structure with realistic OTE earnings of £30k+ in 1st year, £50k+ in year 2 (for candidates new into the role) leading to progression and professional recognition, with fantastic incentive bonuses.
