As a Service Delivery Manager at Synergy CRS, you’ll be dedicated to a key client delivering a high quality service.
Managing the driving work force in a geographical area, you will be responsible for:-
- Proactive/Reactive Recruitment
- Day to day Team Management
- Disciplinary and Grievance,
- Availability Management
- Resource Routing and Application.
The role involves ensuring you have enough van drivers day to day, to service our very prestigious clients daily delivery requirements.
As part of the role you will be expected to travel to locations across the UK for recruitment, training and client meetings.
