What we’re looking for:
IDPP are currently looking for a Senior Resourcer/Delivery Lead and an Account Manager to help establish our new office in the heart of Leeds city centre. Our client base is enviable and we're looking to expand on the recent growth we have achieved to penetrate into different sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Searching and headhunting for candidates across multiple industries to include Software Development, Security, Data Analytics, SAP & Telecoms
- Phone interviewing candidates to ensure they match the client requirements and where needed, interviewing face to face or via video-conference
- Use different methods to source high calibre candidates, such as the company database, job boards and proactive head-hunting
- Work to achieve your own personal KPI’s/targets and work as part of a team to reach company targets
- Strive to be number one within your chosen field!
